STEP 3:
Why you Don’t want to focus on your problems
The problem/danger in focusing on your problems/worrying is that you are bringing yourself into a low vibrating state. We are vibrational/electrical/energy beings not just flesh, blood and bone. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. When you look under a super high powered microscope- everything is energy! We live in a vibrational universe, and what you get in your life’s outcome will be a vibrational MATCH to whatever vibration you are mostly vibrating at during your life/day.
That is what the Law of Attraction is all about. How you feel is very important… when you feel good…. You’re at a high vibrational state….when you feel bad….you are at a low vibrating state. And you then will attract more of that state/emotion. Your emotions are an indicator of your existing vibration. There is nothing wrong with worrying a little bit, or focusing on your problems a little….it’s when you wallow in them and make it your main subject as you talk to everyone through out your day. You and I know that worrying isn’t going to help solve your problem… but worrying about it, the universe will bring you more to worry about. There is a big difference between thinking of a solution versus worrying.
Actually, putting that problem in a box so to speak, and not thinking about it….the solution will come to your mind. The more you remain in a high vibrating state (happy), the less creating of those problems will occur.
So, the more you remain in a high vibrating state, you will start to see your life change…it’s the law of the universe!!!
